24 Corporate only cares about sales, me? It can’t just be about sales. Making money keeps the doors open, however having a clean and organized facility keeps people coming back.
That is why I didn’t stop at being a lifeguard. That’s why you see me cleaning the locker rooms, that’s why you see me cleaning up weights, that’s why I fix broken things around the gym. I am not some corporate transfer that comes in and think he knows how the gym works. I’m one of you, a customer that cares about the gym, someone who respects and loves being here, and as my parents taught me – treat others how you want to be treated.
